Laughter reveals and heals.   Genesis 21:6-7 TLB 6 And Sarah declared, “God has brought me laughter! All who hear about this shall rejoice with me. 7 For who would have dreamed that I would ever have a baby? Yet I have given Abraham a child in his old age!”   Laughter is a serious matter.   Because laughter is a serious matter to our mental health, well-being, and survival, we should do it regularly.    Because laughter is a serious matter we shouldn’t do it at all if it means laughing at someone or at something that God doesn’t find funny.
