El Extravagante Live Act for Baikal Nomads @ElExtravagante is a nomad from Chile, the last country to the South of planet Earth actually based in Montréal/Canada, ¨the other side of the world¨. His music is a mix of tropical grooves and electronic folklore with sometimes a spicy touch of Psychedelia. Due the lack of opportunities as a South American immigrant with an electronic music project outside the norm of the Canadian scene, mostly into House/Techno, he decided to create an alternative and with @Don-Mescal (another immigrant, from France) in 2018 they created @CosmovisionRecords & Collective, opening a whole new platform that gave visibility and a voice to many local and international artists, from Montréal to the world. In this Live Act you can enjoy many of ¨El Extravagante¨ original songs plus a few remixes and one or two unreleased tracks as well, going between electronic folklore/cumbia and downtempo, done with Ableton, a few synths and acoustic instruments recorded live, enjoy!
