OPEX Montreal opened it's doors in 2013 and empowers individuals to reach their peak potential in various facets of life, be it functional strength, weight management, martial arts or gymnastics. Under the tutelage of James FitzGerald, Mizar clinched consecutive qualifications for the CrossFit Regionals, and also completed the OPEX Coaches Certification Program.
