Hello! Tallulah and Sophie are BACK with an incredible guest, Maria Yasnova. Maria is a lactation consultant, breastfeeding counsellor,  life coach and mother.Maria became a mother for the first time in 2007 in London, away from the support of her extended family. In order to navigate her new found motherhood, she joined a south London mum group, with mothers from all over the world. These mothers would go on to support and coach each others whilst juggling careers. In 2009, Maria began supporting families in their own parenting journeys. For the first 10 years, she focussed on helping mothers feeding their babies and children as both a volunteer breastfeeding counsellor and a lactation consultant. Shortly before the pandemic, Maria became a certified Life Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She now continues to support local mothers in their breastfeeding journeys and beyond, through motherhood.Maria is awesome and brings warmth, kindness, patience and advice to the pod, as we talk all things breastfeeding and more!
