MLK's Big Mistake

***My opinion of the late Dr. King and other leaders mentioned in this episode has changed since the original release. At this point in my life, my understanding of Dr. King and other civil rights leaders was sterilized of it's Biblical foundation and Gospel-inspiration. Basically, my understanding of the civil rights movement came from a White secular perspective, but I'm off that now. I even have a newer episode wherein I explain my new perspective. With that in mind, it could be (and should be) noted that there was a crucial flaw in his message and means of gathering people around his cause. This oversight has been perpetrated by other civil rights advocates who are also religious leaders with no major discussion. Well, we discuss it in this episode. The Civil Rights Movement was great, but as believers (like MLK was) we are supposed to be about the Gospel Movement. NEW: For the first time, MSW responds to a listener's question.
