What is scrying? Is it A. sobbing and crying at the same time? B. an old nautical term for carving pictures on whale teeth? C. An ancient technique using trance-like vision for divination. If you chose C, you are absolutely correct. Scrying is staring into something for the purpose of seeing the past, present or future. Just like the Wicked Witch of the West or Galadriel in The Fellowship of the Ring, you can scry with a crystal ball, a mirror, or a pool of water, but that's only the beginning. In this episode, we'll be uncovering the history of scrying, different methods of scrying and I'll even be sharing my favorite scrying techniques for you to try. So, get out your crystal ball and let's get to it!
