MMM 276 - Understanding Leadership

"The people who are leaders in the community are the ones who are grounded in who they are."

Picture yourself in a vast field, put a lot of people in this field standing there with a circle around them. You look down at yourself and notice you have a circle around you too. Notice how everyone's circle looks a little bit different, some overlap with one another, some are bigger and smaller. This is how I like to describe leadership, let me explain more about Understanding leadership in today's episode. 

REFLECTION QUESTIONS: Where are the edges and zone of comfort in your life? What needs to expand in me so that my zone of comfort can connect with more people?
