Today we have the pleasure of talking to Trish Smillie, about her amazing career choices involving people with  disabilities. I learned that if people are supported through Universal and Inclusive Design by staff or family members who are well educated about supporting people with diverse abilities, that anything is possible. This interview provides perspective from a person who is able-bodied, about the importance of developing an inclusive environment to support students and youth everywhere.
