Logan spent the first decade of his professional working career working for a fortune 50 corporation leading retail operations. He escalated quickly through various leadership positions where he built high performing teams and managed large P&L portfolios. During this time, he was able to lead and implement strategic operational changes at the enterprise level across the US. In 2013, Logan began investing in real estate and through a lot of hard work, Logan achieved financial freedom in the spring of 2018 when he was 30 years old and decided to leave his corporate job in early 2019 to focus his efforts on his real estate business. Logan has been able to grow his business aggressively by adding 180 units in 2019 and over 450 units this year. He also owns a Property Management business that manages his and his employees’ properties. Over the last few years, Logan has also focused on building a foundation dedicated to coaching adults and kids how to better understand personal finance and real estate.
