Her background is racquetball including being the women's under 19 and under nationals doubles champion 1982 and 1983 , she taught racquetball in Japan as a teenager in 1984, runner up women's intercollegiate singles in racquetball 1983 . PCR, PCI certified , competed in pickleball for 4 years at the local, regional and national level, co-owner of positive dinking and co-author of the pickleball for dummies book. She's a current pickleball instructor at Rorthrich, Rushpark and several YMCA's there (rollingwood) ,.
