MOD.14 - Myoptik

Myoptik - Ping Discs Showcase for Modulations Myoptik’s podcast is a mix that he has made entirely using tracks from his Ping-discs label, so ALL of the tracks are available on albums at the myoptik bandcamp site, https://myoptik.bandcamp.com Lots of the tracks are taken from the eclectic compilations Musical Mastication Volumes 1-4 and Leap Year Jamboree, but there’s also other Ping-discs tracks in there too. Over the course of one and three-quarter hours he has managed to squeeze in great tunes by the likes of Roy Of The Ravers, Cursor Miner, The Horn, Misterben, Myoptik, Bedouin Ascent, Nanobot, Southfacing, Peata Out and many many others, including plenty of surreal splatterings from Shrimpsalad. It’s a real journey, but hopefully a fun one for anyone who takes the ride. It’s certainly not your average mix…!!
