Modals

Levels: Intermediate + The Modals are a group of auxiliary verbs - can, could, may, might, must, ought, shall, should, will, would - that we can use with other verbs to say what is possible, permitted, necessary, etc. The Phrasal Modals are a group of verb phrases - be able to, be allowed to, be going to, be supposed to, have to, have got to - that can be used instead of modals.
