A little bit about Marvita; I began my vegan journey in 2017 and started my small business a few months ago to share my love for plant-based cooking with the world and publicly advocate for the health benefits of veganism. Inspired by my own experiences, I know that switching your diet can be an excellent choice to avoid allergens or any other health complications. I have a large fanbase from her time on ANTM and several acting gigs, and I hopes to introduce this audience to the benefits of healthy, ethical consumption with a sans animal product diet. Vegan cooking can be challenging, time-consuming, and expensive, but I aim to make vegan look easy and make it a more accessible lifestyle in my local community. Her food is available for pickup or delivery in the Bronx through DoorDash, an easy-to-navigate platform. Mushrooms are the base of many of his dishes; one of my signature dishes is the smoked provolone empanadas with mushrooms; I also like to accompany my meals with special vegan drinks for his customers.
