Long wait times are reported nationwide for passengers getting through airport security, but the Indianapolis International Airport says customers only face moderately increased wait times. A new deadly synthetic opioid named cychlorphine has been found in the Midwest. Colon cancer is becoming more common, especially for younger people. One-in-five colon cases will be diagnosed in people under 45. A new state law taking effect July 1st will increase penalties for animal abuse and neglect, remove partial liability for damages when a person removes a domestic animal from a motor vehicle and more. New U.S. Census estimates show Indianapolis and its suburbs continued driving Indiana’s population growth last year.
