Today we have a new Sense of Soul favorite, the Cultural Alchemist, Katharine E. Hargreaves aka Kat, she joined us for a high vibe, deep and inspiring conversation, that is a must listen.  Kat is a transformational storyteller, ritual designer,  initiated teacher, culture alchemist, and author.  She explores how to catalyze evolutionary knowledge and teach people how to re-design reality and we adore her!!! She designs and facilitates experiential portals and products that cultivate the conditions for quantum leaps and miraculous transformations.  Fascinated by the conditions that influence transformation, her practice explores the ancient future tools and evolutionary mechanisms that engender exponential shifts in consciousness.  Katharine is the creator of the AWAKYN deck (which is amazing) and the founder of ARKO, a culture lab for people. She lives in the mountains of Northern California where she writes and teaches on spirituality, consciousness, ancient future technologies, and how to redesign the mind.
