#Education #Expansion #Evolution  Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our first segment on Education, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're talking about how to build a foundation of beliefs, that enable you to continue to grow and expand.  Beliefs have the ability to colour the way you perceive situations, people and things in your life. It is the nature of our beliefs that will either provide a broad periphery, or limited scope of reference, in our ability to interpret information in different ways.   We have many opportunities in life that call us to critique the beliefs that we carry. Whether it's because we got in an argument with people who belief something contrary, or we come across compelling information that has us questioning ourselves, it's important not to feel threatened or insecure in the face of contrary information.   Give yourself permission to grow.
