Modern Education: Why High Quality Decision-Making, Keeps Yourself in Mind | Thoughts Worth Sharing

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#Education #ThinkCritically #DecisionMaking  Hello Everyone!  Welcome to our first segment on Education, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're providing you with reasons why high quality decision-making takes place when you take yourself into consideration.   While society likes to hold the people who self-sacrifice in high esteem, we recognize how that behaviour, and seeking out validation via that orientation, is highly self-destructive on unsustainable.   Contrary to popular opinion, high-quality decision-making takes your needs into consideration as well, as the context and setting requires. We would go as far as to say that decisions made while intentionally, or unintentionally, putting yourself in harm's way - is a signal there is more growth and development that you need to focus on attaining.   Smart decisions are decisions where you are not intentionally putting yourself in harm's way. Full stop.   #Education #Creativity #Ingenuity #RulesofEngagement #PsychologicalSafety #HealthyEnvironments #SafeSpaces #Development #ThoughtExploration #ThoughtExperimentation  Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
