De LVV-regeling, beter bekend als de bed-bad-brood regeling waarbij uitgeprocedeerde asielzoekers opgevangen worden, verdwijnt definitief uit Rotterdam. Het kabinet had al besloten met de regeling te stoppen, maar verschillende grote steden zoals Amsterdam en Utrecht gaan hier wél mee door. Moeten meer steden het Rotterdamse voorbeeld volgen?
