Mohammed Prophet or Impostor

The word of God says, “But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, that prophet shall die,” Deuteronomy 18:20.We welcome you today to our study of the religion of Islam. Today in particular, we're going to be asking the question: Was Muhammad a prophet of God or was he a religious impostor? Can we look at the evidence and can we know one way or the other? There is ample evidence to show that Muhammad was not a prophetof God. He was indeed a religious impostor. Why do we need to consider whether Muhammad was a prophet or not?
