My gosh! You know, some days a mom ( and a dad ) just wants the house to be quiet. I get it. People will most likely disagree with me and say “ Your kids will one day be grown and out of the house, then your house will be quiet”. OR… “ You’ll regret wanting quiet time now, you’ll miss the noise later”. While this is true…. I want quiet time now! We have been home with no car ( it’s in the shop getting fixed) the kids are not in school right now and all I hear is “ can I “ “Will You” “I don’t wan’t to” and “Can I later” NO!!!
