But you know what? God is so faithful and helped me and my husband share our faith with our kids with fun ideas such as celebrating famous Christians who have gone before us. One of those Christians was Saint Lucia. Lucia lived for Jesus wholeheartedly, and I wanted my kids to know about her! She is celebrated each year on December 13th with special cookies, wearing a wreath made of candles (or battery operated), and telling the story of her life and love for our Savior.
