Mom, Wife, CEO-How Do You Balance This? with Ashlee Cervantas Thomas

Ashlee is an inspiring woman who works in the world of private security, who is the CEO of a very successful private security company, is very grounded and sure of herself, and has a light in her that I was so moved by in our meeting. She is passionate about what she does-motherhood, being married to the love of her life, leading a team of individuals who are good at what they do, and providing a service that is top of the line. Besides being a hobby goat farmer on the side, managing date night with her husband weekly, and being a loving mom to her two boys, she is launching another business on March 1st and has plans for a podcast or two in the future. She was part of a project that reduced human trafficking hubs in the Sacramento area and is very passionate about that issue as well.
