Episode 55 - Seasons of Growth

Welcome back to a new season and new stories, some of my own and some new interviews coming soon from women with amazing stories. Challenges bring tremendous growth, and this is what I am sharing in this episode as I venture back into podcasting and storytelling. Thank you for listening!

  2. 54

Episode 54 - Coping With Missing Someone

I had some thoughts I wanted to share about how it’s going with my husband being gone so much, and how I work through the hard. It never gets easier seemingly, but there are things I am doing that I work on to help improve myself and keep myself busy in this season. It’s not necessarily balanced, or perfect, but it’s simply living and finding ways to make that matter the most. Perhaps this is relatable to some of you and it’s always helpful and fascinating for me to hear how others cope with these things. Feel free to reach out if you’re ready to share your story, or have some advice you want to offer all of us. Email [email protected] 📧

    Episode 53 - Persevering

Sharing an experience I had during challenges I’ve been navigating the last three years, in order to support those currently struggling through challenges. There is hope, when we persevere. There is something on the other side of that so much greater.

Episode 52- Getting Back Into It

Coming to you with some thoughts to help you through hard things for my first Wise Wakeful Women episode of 2025. As I go through a transition with my family, I felt called to share my thoughts with you and remind you that you can get through the hard things. We are all better on the other side of them. Stay tuned for more episodes this year, including more incredible women sharing stories. If this is you, please email me at [email protected] to set up your interview.

My Childhood: Storytime with Natalie Part 1

Take a moment with me to hear about my childhood in a nutshell-my experiences of public school, becoming homeschooled and how that positively impacted me, learning to observe the world around me even beyond the physical into the spiritual and experiencing God’s truth as a child. This laid the foundation for my life, my path, and my deep rooted knowing that Christ is right there ready to work with us. Thank you for listening 🫶🏼

    Abortion Is Not Birth Control

With abortion being on the forefront right now in political concerns/discussions, I felt that it was time to share a very vulnerable and important part of my story and relationship to this topic. I don’t appreciate people lying about the fact that we are treating babies and women as commodities and objects through abortion and its use as birth control for women who are in loving relationships but have selfish reasons for not becoming mothers. Please listen to the whole episode before sharing your response. And as always, thank you for listening and supporting a platform that intends to give every woman who wants it, a voice.

  7. 49

    Hypocrisy, Thinking Speech, Fertility Awareness

Maintaining my promise to publish an episode every week for the rest of 2024, I come to you with an episode of ramblings around thinking before we speak, self reflection, and my own experiences with fertility awareness and developing the capacity to understand my own body and reproductive system. I hope this inspires one or more of you to come and share your own thoughts and experiences with any of these topics, whether different or similar. Thank you so much for sharing, listening, and for all your support.

    A Bit of a Ramble

It’s been awhile, so I wanted to show up to share some thoughts and a lesson or two I’ve learned lately. I am so thankful for the opportunities to grow and to share and hear what others have to say too. Politics and social media take up way too much time, when if we really stop and think about it, there are many other things more relevant to ours and our loved ones lives that actually, in the end, have a better effect on the world than focusing on those first things I mentioned. If you listen to this episode, thank you. I appreciate you being here and your incredible support. Stay tuned for some amazing interviews coming in the next few months ♥️

God Is In the Entire Universe-Rant Part 1

This week I felt called to speak on God’s presence in the entire universe, including the zodiac and other parts of human exploration that many Christians deem devilish. There is more I would like to address here in future episodes, but this is a part of a series that I think of as opening one’s heart to true Christ-ianity in the fullest sense, stepping outside of modern day materialism and church deception.

She shares her story of how she decided to have a wild pregancy and free birth with her first child; of her loss and grief; and the amazing concept that there is even meant to be mystery in death. I found her story and wisdom so moving, and look forward to more from her in another episode. Stay tuned for a part 2!Find Alex on Instagram @alleyalleyoxenfree

Life Is Not Black & White, Christ In the Etheric, Bad At Sales: A Rant

This episode was to share and speak my truth whilst processing thoughts in order to get closer to my truth…thus, a rant. If you are interested in my rants this may be up your alley-if they annoy you, please skip! Also let’s all stop gaslighting women. Email [email protected] to set up an interview. Mom, Wife, CEO-How Do You Balance This? with Ashlee Cervantas Thomas

Ashlee is an inspiring woman who works in the world of private security, who is the CEO of a very successful private security company, is very grounded and sure of herself, and has a light in her that I was so moved by in our meeting. She is passionate about what she does-motherhood, being married to the love of her life, leading a team of individuals who are good at what they do, and providing a service that is top of the line. Besides being a hobby goat farmer on the side, managing date night with her husband weekly, and being a loving mom to her two boys, she is launching another business on March 1st and has plans for a podcast or two in the future. She was part of a project that reduced human trafficking hubs in the Sacramento area and is very passionate about that issue as well. I hope you enjoy hearing what she had to share as much as I did, and that you will share and review the podcast to keep spreading the love! You can find Ashlee on Instagram @guardian.ceo and her company @gpf_inc

How Sex Work Supports Sex Trafficking

In this episode I share my thoughts on pornography and sex work supporting the sex trafficking industry, and how Ahrimanic influence plays into what is going on the internet and otherwise. There is no justification for a job that can bring harm to our future young, and these jobs certainly are.

  15. 41

    Intentions for 2024

I’m back with my first podcast episode for 2024! I felt called to speak so I am sharing some thoughts I have had recently on what work is important, my business plans for this year, and how important it is for people to speak up and to stand up for themselves. Please join me on my podcast sometime and share a story or two, or a perspective that is uniquely yours. I’m excited for this podcast and community to grow in 2024, and become a regular listen in women’s weekly lives around the world.

  16. 40

Showing Up, Working Through Imposter Syndrome & Jealousy

It’s been a few weeks since I released an episode and I realized I have this expectation on how many interviews I should be doing versus solo episodes. But then I decided I needed to let that go, stop holding myself back, and just share. Working through jealousy and imposter syndrome, and reflecting on how showing up will help growth whereas waiting around won’t call the women here who are meant to speak here. Instead of letting stress be my master, allow the blessings of life to lead me. If you listen to this episode, thank you. If you shared any of the episodes you enjoyed here, thank you. You are valued and I am so grateful for all of you.

  17. 39

    Beginner Energy

I felt called to address what it looks like to get an idea for the first time, to be a beginner, and how every human being carries this to some degree. The tendency to being dogmatic and unfree in the beginning of something is very strong for human beings and there are reasons for that. I have been reflecting on this in recent years with the rise in homeschooling, people speaking on Christianity, and the experts all over the internet. I felt called because these are two things that have deeply affected my life and have been a part of it since childhood, as well as affected many of my family members.

  18. 38

Intuition In Motherhood: Bettering the Postpartum Experience

By giving over our intuition in motherhood to the medical industry, we have allowed ourselves to get further and further away from joy and peace in parenting and raising babies. Every time we choose convenience over our innate sense we step further away from what both we as a mother and our baby needs. Replacing our loving arms with a SNOO, our sense of life with an Owelette sock, and our breast with a bottle gives us even more anxiety and more mental health issues. Fear of co sleeping has stepped in the way of so many women’s sanity. I’m suggesting stepping back into our deep sense and intuition, empowering ourselves, and knowing that all our baby really needs, is US.

    Christ, Freedom, Overcoming Anxiety

Sharing some thoughts that have been on my mind and heart, and taking action in sharing an episode since it’s been a few weeks. I appreciate your listens, your shares, support, and feedback, and I hope you found something of value here.

Episode 36 - Thoughts That Limit Us

I have been becoming more aware of the thoughts that still hold me back from my full potential. This episode is a reflection on some of these and how I am not yet fully trusting God. Awareness is a wonderful first step for change and I am both humbled and encouraged. To interview for this podcast please email [email protected]. Is Following Your Heart Not Godly?

My thoughts on the idea that “following your heart” is leading to marriages ending, genders changing, and that it’s the devil’s impulse. I break down my thoughts on what it means to connect with God, how we have to actually do the work beyond just reading the Bible, and that we are not physical images of God because God is not a Man. Why is spiritual science relevant, and important for modern Christians, and what is hell for real? Thank you all for listening and sharing this podcast. Your support in its growth means everything. Journey Away From Mob To Self

A ramble on my thoughts about the mob versus self work/civil disobedience, and why I think one is more important and effective than the other. Thank you for listening, and sharing if you have found value!

  24. 32

    Struggle and The Matrix Propaganda

Through different decisions and experiencing what felt like betrayal, I was led to taking a big leap in my life a year ago that has continued to put stress on me and my family as we work our way towards a better future. Learning to trust and also feeling grateful for the support I have received are both things that were sprinkled throughout this entire time. On another note, The Matrix as more than a story but as propaganda is considered, and the need for spiritual science in our world to navigate through the ultimate materialism. Thank you for listening!

When Free Birth Is Your Star with Kelsey Van Fleet

When I sat down with Kelsey to hear her stories of entrepenurial adventure, birth, and motherhood, nothing prepared me for this incredible, heart wrenching story she has to tell. At only 20 years old she went from imagining a C-section for herself to complete joy in the thought of having her baby with only herself and her husband present. Against all odds and even a few attempts at medical kidnapping by someone she loved and trusted, she persevered and shows all women how when we keep our star aligned and don't give way to fear, we can overcome and receive the joy we so rightly deserve through the portal of birth. She is full of wisdom and clarity, and is embarking on a journey in growing her locs business, @goldielocsoflove on Instagram, by making a home for it in our local community. I am so honored to be able to share this story!! I was completely blown away.Thank you for listening and sharing! We appreciate your support and love.Podcast referenced is the Free Birth Society podcast with Emily Saldaya.

Episode 28 - Living To Your Fullest Potential

We are in our own way. There is no one else holding us back from our goals but ourselves. Allowing ourselves to experience the pain of consciousness and not clocking out is what moves humanity forward and brings you closer to yourself and God.

Connecting Birth, Motherhood, and Anthroposophy with Dallas Robles

Mother, Waldorf education enthusiast, doula and soon to be midwife Dallas shares her story of becoming a mother, her experiences of birth, how she made her way from assisted homebirth to free birth, and the importance of Anthroposophy in a beautiful conversation I was fortunate enough to be a part of. Her gentle eloquence is a balm to the soul. This is a young woman who is truly unfolding her dream of motherhood and serving women in such an inspirational way, and I can't wait to see what continues to unfold in her life. Opening the Door to Money, Sex and Business

A lot is on my mind, with life and new business opportunities, with a school year coming to an end and realizing that talking openly about topics that seemed cringey or shameful in the past brings joy and light into them instead of darkness or fear.

  31. 25

    Alaskan Living with Molly Rose

I had the great fortune to sit and chat virtually with Molly (IG @mollamusings) who is a young woman living in Alaska with her husband. They traveled all the way from Florida to their new home due to her husband's military post, and she went from working in insurance claims to tapping birch trees, making soap, and starting her own sourdough business @fire.and.breadstone. Her willingness to learn new things and nurture a beautiful home in a new place is inspiring to me, and I look forward to sharing more podcast chats with her in the future. Molly is a living testament to the fact that pharmeceutical prophylactic injections are not necessary to live a healthy life, which I enjoy highlighting to those who may not understand that not jabbing babies is not a new thing.

  32. 24

Episode 24 - Thoughts On Covid

    Navigating Challenging Moments In Life

This is a rant processing my challenging week, where I felt overwhelmed in moments, disappointed, undeserving. It happens to everyone, and you aren't alone. These moments give me the opportunity to reflect, grow, and become stronger. Without them, I am not sure I would be evolving like I want to. So while it's hard, I am also thankful. I am so thankful for my life, and for the people in it.Thank you for listening and being a part of my life!

Building Healthy Habits Takes More Than 30 Days

I have been working on building habits for a very long time, and some of my education was about developing tools to do this successfully for the rest of my life. Throughout the last decade of my life I have been discovering how long it actually takes to create new habits, that will truly replace the old habits, and I concluded that it definitely takes more than 30 days. Readjusting ourselves after taking on heredity, genetics, trauma, pressures of life, lethargy, lower desire as opposed to our higher desires, takes WORK. But anyone CAN do it, if they have the right tools and the will to do so. That's the magic of being human! We don't have to stay bound to our instincts and heredity. Freedom is possible for us, with work, and that is something that drives me every day.Thank you for listening! The Importance of Speaking Your Truth

This is an episode I recorded way back in 2020, and while I feel I have grown a lot since then, it still expresses some thoughts about the importance of speaking up and speaking your truth that hold true for me today. I am not here to coerce others, but to speak from my own heart and my own experiences so that those who need what I have to share find it and feel supported. In the past a lot of people had assumptions about who I was, and as I get older I feel a deep pull to be myself fully, to be more honest and transparent, and to connect with those who are truly meant to be a part of my life without forcing connection. I would love to hear your thoughts on this! Please send me a message via @wisewakefulwomen on Instagram or email me at [email protected]. Thank you for listening!

Christianity, Marriage, Men, Women, & God

Just some thoughts on a topic close to my heart: the misunderstanding of spirituality and Christianity, and men and womens roles. I feel a lot of people don't realize they're following a version of Christianity that was created for years and years by churches in order to control people. Christianity itself supports freedom, love, and brotherhood, and is fully spiritual: but churches and the understanding they preach of the Bible are as caught in the nets of materialism and control as anything else. This is the first part of a longer series I will be presenting. I would love if you would reveiw and share this podcast. Thank you for your support!
