Moments of Choice When There Isn't Choice

Hello there Working Ant fans and subscribers, I've been feeling emotionally charged with so many imminent layoffs, economic uncertainty, and the power of bad becoming more prevalent now in the new year than ever before. It's hard to believe we're only in March, three months into the year, and facing a fervent reckoning with an unstable system and unreliable decision making that has led to a lot of pain and uncertainty for many of us. Today's episode is about having a choice when choice does not seem imminent and far from prevalent over how to conduct ourselves in our current professional circumstances.  This episode is how to create that choice when it's most difficult to do so. Ironically, it is precisely at this time when choice over how we conduct ourselves today, matters most in the long game future we are playing for.
