In this episode, he talks about a dinner conversation with the late Ken Robinson and his wife and getting to talk privately with President Barack Obama.  There are moments in all of our lives when we realise that we can either continue to do what we have always done or, make a difficult decision to change - I am so grateful that Richard chose the second option.
