Sara has more than a decade of leadership experience running multiple businesses, directing nonprofit & political organizations, and leading as an officer in the US Army. After years of checking all the right boxes to get all the right positions and achieving what she thought was success, she realized that the anxiety she felt about where she was in life was not normal or healthy. Since that realization she has been on a personal mission to change the traditional leadership model not only for herself but for the thousands of women just like her. Sara started to focus on knowing herself, knowing her vision, and knowing the people around her and is now a top leader in her organization, in the business of building leaders everywhere she goes.
