TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. IN OUR WORLD OF TODAY, MANY SPEND THEMSELVES LABOURING FOR THAT WHICH IS TOTALLY TRANSIENT AND TEMPORAL AND IN THE COURSE OF SUCH LABOUR AND PURSUIT HUGE SACRIFICES ARE MADE EVEN WITH GRAVE CONSEQUENCES. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS ONLY INCREASE THE SORROW OF THOSE INVOLVED IN THE LONG RUN. FOLLOWING JESUS CHRIST'S TEACHING, LET'S LEARN TO LABOUR FOR THAT WHICH ENDURES TO ETERNAL LIFE AND ALL THAT CONCERNS US, INCLUDING OUR TEMPORAL, TEANSIENT AND ETERNAL NEEDS, WILL BE ADEQUATELY TAKEN CARE OF.
