Mon. August 9th, 2021 Homily by FadaPeterBenson: LOVE AND SERVE IN AND THROUGH YOUR NEIGHBOURS.

TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. It is really a good and great thing to do things for God. Yet it is a better and greater thing to, for the sake of God, do things for our fellow human beings. By so doing we show our love for and loyalty to God and fulfil his commandments. Notice that out of the ten commandments only the first three are directed at God while seven are directed at our relationship with our fellow human beings. May God help us to be his true children by the way we relate with others. Please do remember to key into the NINE-DAY-BEGINNING OF THE MONTH INTENSIVE PRAYERS AND NOVENA FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST (August 1st-9th) as today is the final day. Pray with Psalms 85, 94, 107; Joshua 1:2-5; Deuteronomy 1:6-8; Daniel 10:1-13; Matthew 16:2 and John 13;31, presenting all your prayer requests to God Almighty.
