Recognised for his signature fusion of Caribbean flavours and Mediterranean precision, Ravin’s work at Blue Bay and Elsa continues to define Monaco’s fine dining scene.In the business world, Société des Bains de Mer announced record-breaking results for the 2024–2025 financial year. With turnover climbing 9 percent to €768 million and consolidated profit hitting €110 million, SBM continues to demonstrate its central role in Monaco’s economic vitality.On the basketball court, Monaco’s Roca Team experienced both the agony and ecstasy of elite sport.
