Pro-Palestinian protesters blocked parts of the route just kilometres from the finish line, forcing riders to stop and wait as organisers scrambled to restore order.Back in Monaco, Princess Charlene visited the Princess Grace Hospital on September 16 to launch a new infant first aid training programme. Organised in partnership with the Monaco Red Cross, the workshops will provide parents, grandparents, and caregivers with vital life-saving skills.Diplomatic cooperation was also on the agenda as Monaco participated in the 18th Conference of Presidents of Parliaments of Small European States, held in Cyprus on September 16. Nearly 400 business leaders gathered to exchange ideas, strengthen local connections, and open doors to international opportunities.Charity and sport met in style at the Princess of Monaco Cup, which concluded on September 17 with its famous 19th hole played in Casino Square. Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II launched the evening, which also paid tribute to the late Formula 1 driver Eddie Jordan.In football, it was a tough start to the Champions League campaign for AS Monaco.
