Monday 07 September 2026: Warriors CEO Cameron George speaks ahead of the NRL finals

On Sports Fix with Jason Pine for September 7, 2026, Warriors CEO Cameron George joins the show as finals fever grips the NRL. With the playoffs about to begin, George discusses the club's premiership ambitions, the excitement building around the campaign, and whether Warriors fans could see any post-season matches played at Eden Park. Piney also reflects on the All Blacks' third test defeat to South Africa, what went wrong for Dave Rennie's side, and what needs to change ahead of the final clash of the series in the USA on Sunday morning (NZT). Then, Clay Wilson steps into the Chamber to assess the Warriors' genuine title credentials and debate whether this could finally be the year the club breaks through for its maiden premiership. The discussion also turns to the All Blacks' ongoing set-piece concerns and how crucial they could be in determining the outcome of the final test.
