Good morning and happy Monday! We have a great show for you this morning. Our guests today are Alicia Mattews & Pranathi Sagi, both are board members of Youth 4 Scitech and Metea Valley High School students. We have much to discuss so let's get started! Here's the news:  - Join Java Plus on Waterford for their one year anniversary celebration at their shop, 1677 Montgomery Road. Music, vendors, we’ll be doing a live show and a whole lot more. This will be a fun day of coffee, drinks, sandwiches, tea and news. The event will be from 9 am to 7 pm. Come out for a great time and support a fantastic local business.  - Fifth Third Bank will be holding a Homebuyer Seminar at the Neighbor Project’s satellite Customer Service Center at Everlasting Word Church (22 N. Highland). Guest speaker will be Nancy Alfaro; learn about products and services from industry professionals. Get your questions answered! This will be from 6 to 7 pm and is free and open to the public. See the flyer for more details.  - Thursday, October 13th will be the Coffee & Conchitas Open House at Waterford Place Cancer Resource Center, located at 1310 Waterford Drive in Aurora. Learn about spanish language programs and support at no cost. Our great community partners of NAMI KDK Loaves & Fishes, Family Counseling Services and the Aurora FEC have come together to host this event.
