Thanks to what's called cold air damming up against the mountains, we'll continue to see dreary and cloudy skies for the remainder of Monday. Temps actually will be rising overnight with highs on Tuesday nearing 70° in the lowlands. A WIND ADVISORY is in effect for the higher elevations Monday night into Tuesday morning. 30 to 50 MPH wind gusts are possible. Tommy
