In his playing days, Fred Harbinson was an All-American at UWS, helping the Yellowjackets to the Frozen Four in 1994. Now, he's the longtime president, GM, and head coach of the Western Hockey League's Penticton Vees, who were a revelation this season as a WHL expansion team.
