It's Memorial Day. Good morning friends. Today we have a special guest with us in the studio. We're proud to be joined by Judge Rene Cruz for Supreme Court Justice here to discuss Kane County initiatives and many other things. Get ready for a great show! Here is today's news: - National Night Out! Get ready! This beloved event returns August 2nd from 6 to 8:30 pm. Community, family, law enforcement, entertainment and so much more! If you live in Kane County, get ready for a lot of fun. Shouts out to the Kane County Sheriff's Office and all of our community partners. - July 8th is the Community Resource Fair, taking place at 1022 N. Farnsworth avenue. There will be music, raffles, live entertainment and more! This event is being held with many local agencies who will provide the public with resources and information on local services. This will be held from 9 am to noon and the event is free and open to the public. - Roosevelt-Aurora American Legion 84 will be presenting their 13th Annual Car Show this year on Sunday July 3rd from 11 am to 3 pm. The lineup begins at 9 am and this will honor local veterans. Taking place on historic Auto Row (LaSalle street) here in Aurora, come enjoy a good time with a fantastic organization.
