While this setback raises concerns about possible Iranian retaliation, President Biden remains hopeful, stating that negotiations are ongoing. Meanwhile, Biden is set to speak at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago tonight, with Vice President Harris expected to accept the party's nomination later this week. Harris is also promoting her economic policy, which includes tackling corporate price gouging, lowering drug prices, and proposing tax credits for families and first-time homebuyers.
