Today, Pastor Ron will explain that as sinners before a holy God, we faced sure judgment: an eternal separation from Him, that is to say, an eternal death. If God laid aside His wrath at sin and did not give us what sin required, He would cease to be just. But, in His great love and mercy, God provided a way for justice to be satisfied and salvation to be extended: “God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”.
