The latest ⁠NBC News/Wall Street Journal polling data⁠ paints a bleak picture, nine months out, for President Joe Biden. Realizing we're still nine months out is small comfort when you look back at 2020 and 2016 polls from he same point in those races, too, and there are perplexing and somewhat shocking subsets to discuss, too.
