from The Jayne Carroll Show

Jayne holds a special Conservative Council Discussion with Aaron Stevens, Dan Sandini and Skip "Man of the People" on a massive program called SMART CITIES: 2028. Evidently, they will take a massive sampling of LA's population and study and control everything about them...from what they eat, where they live, how they commute, etc. The thinking behind the conspiracy theories I am being besieged with is that such a program would be much more affordable and manageable with a population living in a controlled environment collectively in a finite geographic area. Rather than using all of LA as "control group", they could build new massive high rises in the now...due to the fires... available real estate. House their "sample" in high tech housing to measure everything they do, consume, and how technology "improves" everything from their health, I.Q.s, lifespans, values, incomes, political attitudes, etc. A controlled group of about 35,000 in such an environment would be far more affordable to "measure" than using the entire population of any given major USA city. Coupling the results of this SMART CITIES project with building state of the art Olympic facilities on the now available properties in LA would showcase to the world the benefits of living in such an "idealistic" environment.
