On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: The department of Property and Procurement will host a virtual public hearing on the proposed Water Island hotel and marina development on Wednesday, the hearing follows legislative testimony from residents who called for greater transparency, stronger safeguards, and additional public input before the project moves forward.     Kahiyla Charles, 21, has been arrested in connection with the violent assault captured on video outside the Red Hook ferry terminal following St. John Celebration festivities.     FEMA has approved more than $1.3 million to repair Friedensfeld Moravian Church in Kingshill, St. Croix, through its Public Assistance Program.     Listen to these stories and more.
