Sin is a constant, daily struggle for every human being. Some aren’t even trying to fight it. Some of us really try to stay away from it, but if we’re honest and aware, we fail a lot. As Pastor Dan will point out in today’s message, when the Bible says we all “fall short,” it’s in the present tense. It’s not something that happened a while ago; it’s something that is still happening on a moment-by-moment basis. There’s nothing we can do about it, except place our faith in Jesus, Whose death has provided justification.
