God designed the Old Covenant – a covenant based on placeholders and intermediaries – knowing it was incomplete. His part was complete, but we could never measure up based on its requirements. Our behavior would always fall short and the sacrifices we could offer were never perfect. God knew this, and as Pastor Dan will point out in today’s message, His plan was always to send Jesus to fulfill these requirements. Now all we have to do is place our faith in His sacrifice to be made clean.
