Next, Jen tells listeners some ways to build your self-trust. The first is by doing your best and accepting that. The second way to build self-trust is through confidence and humility. Then, Jen tells listeners to practice managing their emotions. Knowing that you are in control of your emotions is a good way to build self-trust.
