Monday Morning Crossroads Pt. 4 - What’s Your Fellowship Like?

from Crossroads Go · host Crossroads Church

Being the church every day of the week. In this series, we’re going to discuss how Crossroads people can be the church on Monday, and not just on Sunday.  Church shoppers sometimes ask, “How is their fellowship?” An even better question to start asking is, “How is my fellowship?” We can attend church regularly and not be in fellowship or close to one another. It’s not about being in close proximity, it’s about being close relationally for the purpose of growing each other in Jesus. A three-strand cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 TLB - 9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. 11 Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? 12 A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Proverbs 27:17 NLT - 17 As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend. Our goal isn’t to be next to one another but to be there for one another.
