Many times when we are struggling with the same thing it can be easy to beat ourselves up and feel like a failure. But what we fail to realize is that sometimes our struggle can be from a past wound, trauma, or even triggers from past trauma. Giving yourself grace can be a challenge, especially if it is something unfamiliar. On this episode I explain how you can begin giving yourself grace even through your struggle. First, you must acknowledge what you are struggling with so that you can confront it. Second, finding ways to cope and process your struggle. Once you can work through the first and second part of confronting your struggle then you can begin to give yourself some grace. Remember that your struggle is not the end of your story!
