We don't hear the whole truth from Kara when she tries to explain her situation. We announce Kara's departure from the show, but she's hard to follow. She got a small job and got lost on her way to the gig. We are joined by Erica, the one of two candidates who didn't flake out. We talk about age, dating, and marriage.
