Trump is bleeding cash. He finally paid The New York Times $392k in legal fees. He was ordered to pay up after his failed lawsuit over the public sharing of his tax documents. Trump is also appealing his $454 million New York civil fraud judgment. He wants an appeals court to reverse the massive penalties that could clean out his cash reserves.French President Emmanuel Macron wants his fellow European leaders to take action when it comes to helping Ukraine fight against Russia, rather than waiting for US aid. Macron won’t rule out sending ground troops to Ukraine, though he said no consensus has been reached on such a move yet.
