Economists at three of the four largest banks see house prices dropping in 2022. The average value of NZ homes increased by $17,227 in November. The average value is now $987,401, according to the CoreLogic House Price Index. Over the year to the end of November, the average value of New Zealand homes is up $218,388.Hey thanks for listening!
