Her spiritual journey began back in 2016 when she started practicing Yoga and had a breakthrough during her Vinyasa Teacher Training when she also started learning about energy and healing and dived deeply into a journey of self-awareness and self-realization. In September 2019 Valentina completed her 200 hours Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training, with renowned Yoga teacher Lina Lindahl, and she is now a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Flow Instructor. She is also a Reiki Master and has completed Reiki Rioho Level 1, 2, and 3 Trainings with Daniela as her Mentor.
