Monica McCoy, International Business Consultant, Global Speaker on Good Deeds

Monica McCoy, a sought-after global speaker on business success strategies, and owner of Monica Motivates, LLC., was recently invited to participate in a business conference focused on helping enterprising professionals understand  the foundation and sustenance of building successful  businesses, in Cameroon, Africa. A former Acting Global Director of Strategy and Innovation for the McDonald’s Division for The Coca-Cola Company, McCoy left the Coca-Cola in 2017 after 15 successful years. Now her business focus is helping individuals identify their their purpose and passion, while showing them how to best leverage their newly found knowledge for the benefit of their companies and themselves.  An award-winning speaker, McCoy was among 50 global women leaders who received the prestigious Women’s Economic Forum 2017 “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All’ Award in New Delhi.  She has shared her professional expertise at industry and professional groups like Mercedes Benz USA, Cisco Women of Impact, The Coca-Cola Company A new author, McCoy also released her first book, The Best life Lessons Learned From Real People earlier this year.
